Yes, but!: Your mother needs to regain muscle mass lost during her illness.  This requires exercise, as well as proper nutrition (lots of protein). You do not want her to put on "fat" weight, but muscle.  This is tougher when you are an adult but can be done! tell her i said-"good luck.".

Meningiomas.: Meningiomas need to be followed to make sure they are stable and not growing.  The vast majority are benign.  Mri is the best way to follow them.  They do not require treatment (surgery or radiosurgery) if stable and not causing symptoms.  Your meningioma might be causing symptoms.  If so, it might be worth considering having it removed.  Talk to your neurologist about it.

Temporal Lobe Epilep: One type of tle occuring in the left temporal hemisphere results in a personality change referred to as geschwind syndrome, which consists of hypergraphia (urge to write) , circumstantiality (drifting in conversation) , hyposexuality & hyper-religiousity (increase morality) . So, there is decrease interest in sex, instead of increase.

hard to say: Would need more info to give you a better answer but in short, if it is bothering you then yo should be seen by a dr.  Urgent care is not necessarily the right place your primary will be fine unless there are other symptoms like high fever, etc.

i take lamictal, pristiq (desvenlafaxine) and abilify and have deve loped tremors.  could any of these be the cause?

Possibly.: I know that both Lamictal and Abilify can cause tremors. I know that some people develop a tremor when coming off of pristiq (desvenlafaxine).

i use desoximetasone to stop itching on my ear lopes. what could i use that is would not require a prescription?

Coritsone: You could try over-the-counter cortison cream, combined with a general lotion to help with itching. However, depending on the condition you are treating, the over-the-counter strength of the cream may not be strong enough to treat your problem.

my son has cerebral palsy, autism, mental retardation, catatonic schizophrenia, seizures, & no lower left lope of brain what is his life expectancy?

Who knows!: So sorry about your son. All of his conditions you could think might cause a shorter life span for all sorts of reasons, but with good care  one never knows. Accidents, poor nutrition ( because he doesn't eat well), progressive brain deterioration if repeated seizures, infections, general stress with its harmful physical effects, all could contribute to premature death.
