Unlikely: If you live in the USA and have not traveled, then tapeworms would be very unusual.  The likelihood is that this is just something you ate which was only partially digested.  If it does not recur and you have no other symptoms would ignore it.  If it recurs, salvage it and take to your doctor to be examined professionally.  Good luck and best wishes.

It's what you eat: Probably diet.  Give it a few days to see if it resolves on its own.  You can also take some BRAT diet to help things along (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast)

18 mo rec. hep a & dtap yesterday. fever started yesterday afternoon btw 101&103. no other sxs except loose stool. motrin only help a little. advice?

Warm bath 25 min for: Fever. This is normal after immunizations which will protect her.  As long as she makes good eye contact with you , she will be fine. Too much Motrin can hurt your kidney, too much tylenol (acetaminophen) can hurt your liver.

Insuff Informatio: Do you get enough fiber in your diet? Recommended 15-25 grams/day. The question is too broad, you should see GI MD. Have you had recent Antibiotics? Did you poss eat some bad food?  How long has this been going on?  Could this be viral? Make appointment w GI MD.

Yes: Babies can have a bowel movement after every feeding, once or twice a day, or once every other day. It's all normal. It may be very loose, like "thick soup". It's only abnormal if it is all water, or hard balls. Check with your doctor if you are concerned, but it is likely normal for her age.

hi. wanted to defecate and thought it was loose stools, turns out was only blood. no pain, but quite a bit of blood. i suffer from heart burn quite a bit as well as urine burn if that makes a difference? go to doc or ignore for now? funds are low.

Probably Hemmorhoids: Most likely cause of painless lower GI bleed, in young  individuals, is internal Hemmorhoids'
But since patients can have painless rectal bleeding from other serious  etiology, so it is advised , patient should get Colonoscopy

Loose stool: At your age colon cancer would be very rare.  Abd US and full blood count are not the best tests to screen for colon cancer.  A colonoscopy would be the better test.  If your tests thus far are normal but still have symptoms, I would see your doctor for further testing.  Colonoscopy would be the best test as I stated before if all other tests were normal.

Colitis? Proctitis?: These symptoms suggest inflammation, and maybe bleeding as well, in your colon (colitis) or rectum (proctitis). Diverticulitis, abscess, and inflammatory bowel disease are possible. See your doctor ASAP.

Not always diarrhea: Stool texture (regardless of volume or frequency of movements) is defined by the bristol stool scale (bss), which ranges from 1 (hard, pellet stool) to 7 (loose, watery stool). Normal stool grades a 4 on the bss. On the other hand, "diarrhea" is defined by volume and stool frequency (typically more than 4-5 bowel movements/day). Tell your doctor as well about bleeding, fever, tenderness, & pain.
