Rash on abdomen: Rash on one side of the body that is itchy and has spots could be shingles, a reactivation of chickenpox, but any number of rashes could be described by what you wrote.  Please see your doctor for a more definitive daignosis and treatment.

i get what looks like boils under my skin in between my thighs, but when i "pop" them, only dark red blood comes out and dark coloured blood clots?

Boils on skin: Would seek medical attention within 24-48 hours.  Though it looks like blood may be mixed with bacteria and you may need antibiotics to heal and prevent recurrence. .

Depends.......: If your child has had them for a few days and he is not complaining about them, you should first seek advice from your pediatrician. He/she can most likely see and evaluate the child on a non-emergent basis.

Medical Consult: You may need to see a doctor to get the boil treated.  It is likely you may need antibiotics and possibly incision and drainage of the pus.  In the meantime warm compresses, hot shower the area may allow the boil to open on its on.

Common problem: I hope you used shaving cream as you would on your face. Also it is possible that you nicked the skin &amp; caused a minor infection that became a "boil". The skin in the public area is a little different that facial skin. Get to see your family physician or a dermatologist ASAP before it gets worse.

Not likely: The appearance of warts and boils are distinctly different. An expert in skin diseases should have trouble distinquishing the two conditions. Genital warts look like warts would and boils are inflammed tender bumps.

Sounds like: Folliculitis, or infection of hair follicles. These usually get better, but sometimes you need antibiotics.  If it is severe and recurrent, it could be hidradenitis, a condition that might require surgery.  Also get tested for systemic disorder such as diabetes.  Time to see a doctor.

Hydranitis: Supperative  hydranitis can be very serious. I believe you need a good expert a dermatologist for this.
