Blurry visiion: Please see an MD eye doctor ASAP.  You MAY be experiencing a detached retina or maybe something else but it is crucial that you know what is happening.  The sooner you catch this the better.  Peace and good health.

a massive floater appear in my line of vision, in the right eye. it shifted into a large, red splotch for some time before it began to lighten. it is hard to see through that eye and it looks like i am looking through water. i am also diabetic. help?

Need dilated exam: Especially being a diabetic, your symptoms are consistent with blood in the eye (vitreous hemorrhage). If so, you may have advanced diabetic retinal/macular disease. The sooner you seek care from a retinal specialist the better your prognosis. Proliferation Diabetic Retinopathy (PDR) is potentially blinding.

on and off my vision has been as if im looking through water as well as having floaters. no headache or anything. what would cause this? (im 7 yrs post op brain tumor remover frontal lobe)

Visual symptoms: What does your ophthalmologist say about these symptoms? When was your last brain ct scan or mri? Collaboration between your ophthalmologist and neurosurgeon is recommended.

Vision disturbance: 73 F from CA experienced peripheral vision issue like looking through moving water. Brief. Asks Gone now? ANS-this may be a sign of blood flow issues in your eye and or warning sign of coming stroke. See your Dr. ASAP for evaluation. Need careful eye exam.

why drinking fluids don't compensate the need of water(for e.g:if i drink a cup of unsweetened tea,the need of water through the day don't decrease?)?

Caffeine: Tea and coffee and many carbonated drinks have caffeine. Caffeine increases the excretion of water by the kidneys and you need to make up for that loss.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Clear the nose: Use saline nasal spray or drops to irrigate the nose and bulb suction to clear the nasal passages. Offer sips of pedialyte electrolyte solution. If symptoms fail to improve seek medical attention from a pediatrician.

Will die v quickly: You can not get pregnant from sperm floatin in water, they will be dead. However it is possible to get impregnated from sex in a swimming pool, hot tub, lake or ocean. Because there may not be any water in the vagina ; penis can be lubricated by vaginal mucus.
