Depends on when: Usually u c results in a from about 30 minutes and r long lasting. Minutes. If u were in acute distress an injection of Epinephrine should have been used & the results r almost immediate.

No: Allergic reaction usually present as a rash or swelling or gastroentestinal symptoms. Numness of the hands in the morning can be due to your position when you are sleeping.

Frankly, the slight risk is the meloxicam (aspirin like drugs potentially increasing the bleeding risk of the injection).
then there are separate issues about the safety of narcotics/tylenol/etc cannot say in your particular case, but generally, safe.

See below: Zyrtec D is stronger than Claritin D.
Generally speaking if Claritin or Allegra are not helping allergists will often ask the patient to double the dose(plain anti-histamine with out the "D").  Flonase will often help nasal symptom. Simple antihistamines can help &amp; avoid the side effects of steroids. Allergic reactions tend to replicate themselves the same way per exposure, however, a consult with an allergist to review your history would be prudent.

Yes: Esi involve the insertion of steroid into the space outside of the dural covering through either the translaminar or transforaminal approach. Although "dye" is use for location, it is not essential to safely perform an esi.

Varies: The results from an epidural steroid injection can vary tremendously.  Some people do well for even a year, while others may get only temporary benefit.  If an epidural steroid injection does not work, there are other alternatives which can be discussed either with your surgeon or an interventional pain specialist.
