Nothing dramatic: The body shifts into a separate fat burning metabolism during fasting. It takes longer to provide sugar for metabolic activities when converting to it from fat &amp; the person will likely feel sluggish. As long as they do not have a significant medical condition that is aggravated by fasting, this should be well tolerated.

Medications 4 sleep: Sleep is probaby the best medicine.  Shift work whether a night or evening or longer than usual is exhausting.  Scheduling breaks and off days for renewed sleep and restoration is helpful. Avoid work work work and no play.  There are medications for shift work that help with alertness.

i heard the county ran out of stock. i have taken meds in 24 hours and my anxiety is back.

what other medication may i use or what is the next step?

Check with ur doctor: Can't recommend / prescribe those kind of medications online, your prescriber (doctor) knows your case better and would be best suited to recommend an alternative, don't waste time online,  good luck

ABSOLUTELY NOT!: The fact that she IS SLEPING indicates that she must be relatively "comfortable"..Have it ready when she awakes! (I ASSUME YOU ARE DISCUSSING ACUTE (TEMPORARY PAIN)

is it possible to take blood pressure medication every 12 hours?

Talk to your Dr.: Blood pressure shows a 24-hour rhythm, higher during the day and lower during nighttime sleep. You should take at least one blood pressure-lowering medication at bedtime. Drugs called ACE inhibitors and ARBs are the most effective when taken at this time. Others can be taken in the morning to control the higher BP which occur during the day. Talk to your Dr about adding a daytime med.

No: For a medication like Pulmicort via nebulizer you don't have to wait exactly 12 hrs to re-administer.  You can do it twice a day as the instructions state.  Some medications do need to be given in a very timely manner.

Yes: You can have a glass of wine but I would limit it to one small glass and take it with food.

Depends: Most of the time your stomach would empty rather rapidly. However, absorption from the intestines could take longer. I am quite confident that after "hours" the drug has cleared your GI tract and is circulating in your blood stream.
