The liver capsule: Which is the thin layer of internal "skin" that surrounds and encloses the livwer does have nerves that sense pain. So if there are areas where the liver is expanding due to smaller lesions or these are close to the liver's capsule then there will be visceral, usually dull vague pain. Mostly two: the spleen lesion could a calcification, or a cyst, mostly benign accidental findings. the fluid inlower abdomen most likely a ruptured ovarian cyst so most likely tow seperate unrelated problems.

No easy answer: Hyperdense may mean it enhances with contrast, is calcified, or contains blood products. Do you have a history of cancer? Check with your doctor to see if the lesion is considered suspicious and if 'more prominent' means it is larger.

See below: Such multiple findings as you describe are not uncommon on various imaging studies such as CT scans of the chest, abdomen, pelvis that include the thyroid, lung, liver, and kidneys where small sub-centimeter (&lt;10 mm) nodules are commonly noted which are most often benign and clinically insignificant but which often deserve a follow-up study in 6-12 months. You should discuss this with your doctor.
