what are the probability that liver shadows are tumours?

It depends: Most healthy people have spots on their liver.  These are usually benign (not cancerous) cysts called "hemangiomas", which are spaces filled with fluid.  The radiologist who interprets the images will know if the spots are worrisome, and will then order a different test or a biopsy.  If you have had cancer, spots in your liver could be signs of spread and need to be checked more thoroughly.

cat scan was clear but an ultrasound showed a shadow on liver and stomach.  should i be worried?  blood work was fine.

No worries: The Cat scan is more precise than the ultrasound and this is why is used as a confirmatory test if the ultrasound shows something abnormal. So, if the Cat scan is normal, don't worry about it anymore. May I ask why did you have the ultrasound done in the first place?

It depends: Most findings are benign.  However, you need to ask your doctor what these mean - Do they appear benign? Are they worrisome for cancer?  What are they (cysts, adenomas, etc)?   Are you at risk for liver cancer (do you have cirrhosis) and need to be concerned about this.   Please talk with the physician who ordered the study to see what these spots may be.

had an incidental finding of a 52mm solid mass on liver. ct scan couldn't find anything so now dr is saying it was a shadow but i need to be rescanned?

CT is better: Than ultrasound so you are probably ok but your doctor just wants to be sure.

during an echocardiogram they found a shadow on my cousins liver, she has low white blood cell count, and her sugar was high. what can all this mean?

???: First, you can't see the liver adequately on an echocardiogram to diagnose anything. Second: if her fasting sugar is high, she has diabetes. Third: low WBC can be normal, due to viral infection, drugs, radiation, or  serious things like leukemia.  She needs more evaluation.

Sorry. You're not...: ...describing a normal pelvic ultrasound, so "normal" is not likely here. Please seek further evaluation for your pain, lightheadedness, and ultrasound abnormality(ies).

Need more info: All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and the images.

That's normal: Up to 15 cm on the right is perfectly fine, a taller person's liver may be several cm taller itself, and some folks have an odd-shaped liver with a much bigger span but that works fine.
