Probably sun: The most likely explanation is sun/UV light exposure to normal small salivary glands in the lips causing a small amount of inflammation. Because it is painless It is much less likely to be a cold sore due to the herpes virus.  I believe it should resolve on its own. Keep your lips moisturized with use of an OTC lip balm. If it persists or more develop, consider consultation with a Dermatologist.

Lip bump: This may be an inclusion cyst or a hemangioma which is a benign growth of tiny blood vessels. Of course it would have to be examined by a physician for an accurate diagnosis and advice.

Unsure: There are many different possibilities as to why you may have the bump. One possible explanation could be a clogged gland which is not harmful. Is there any possible exposure to STDs?  I recommend that you see a physician such as a family doctor or OB/GYN to make sure that this is not some sort of STD. Do you have any history of genital herpes? Usually, genital herpes is painful especially more pronounced with the first episode

Probably: The definitive point make it unlikely to be a serious lesion. If it persists longer than a few weeks with no signs of starting to resolve, i'd have it checked out.
