Anal lesion: Please let your parents know about your concerns. We don't know what is causing that black dot, so it would be hard to recommend how to treat it. An  evaluation would help to determine the cause and a treatment plan can be developed at that poing.

Very low: Colorectal cancer does not cause this specific character of stool, and while not impossible, the chances  are close to zero you have colorectal cancer. Best to see your primary care provider for a more complete evaluation to be sure. Hope this helps!

Not sure: I am assuming that you do not have a significant family history for colon cancer. Colon cancer can result in thin stools but i would think that they stay that way. Blood in the stool can indicate possible colon tumor(polyp) or cancer but it not very common for patients your age.I would reccomend that you see a dr. To find out the cause of your bleeding.Internal hemorrhiods could be a cause.

i'm 17 and i consume a fair amount of blueberries, and i saw a small black speck in my stool. ive also been feeling abdominal pain and having anxiety about abdominal pain (maybe a cause for it?) . was the dot from the fruit or something more serious?

Needs eval : This isn't a usual presentation for colon cancer, since it's usually without symptoms, and doesn't happen to 17 year olds very often. There are a lot of colon conditions that need to be considered by a doctor in person to figure this one out which i'd suggest you get done early next week.

Unclear question: Fungal nail infections are not related to colon cancer. You should increase your intake of fiber and water. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
