No: Do not rinse after using Listerine so you get the maximum benefit from it. Use the flavor a with the ADA seal n it because these contain the essential oils that are antimicrobial.  Listerine can be intense so you can dilute it a little bit.

Might get sick: Depends on how much. It can be up to 19% alcohol, so not so good. The mix of everything might give you a stomach problem or cause you to vomit ... Or it might do nothing. If you have swallowed a small amount, probably nothing. More, then i would drink lots of water to dilute it . Can't speak from personal experience. Might look at the bottle or check web site.
