im having a colonoscopy at 1:30 tomorrow and forgot not eat solid food last solid food i ate was at around 12:30 or 1:30 can i still do the procedure?

Yes, if clear BM!: It is important to not eat anything else solid from now until your colonoscopy. As long as you are aggressive with your bowel preparation and your bowel movements are completely clear, you should be OK. If you are having any solid/brown stool right before your colonoscopy, you should call the procedure center and let them know so they can reschedule you.

what is a snack i can eat the night before my colonoscopy/gastroscopy? doc said no solid food, what is ok to eat ?

Liquids only: You can drink all the water you want. Some low residue foods like Jello are ok but no solids once you get to within 24 hours of the Colonscopic examination. You can drink tea and some of the sodas up until 12 hours before procedure...after that water only.
Your Gastroenterologist will have a standard instructions which you should obtain from him or his nurse and follow them exactly.after

i am having a colonoscopy/endoscopy. can i consume any type of protein shake/powder or solid food on mon., my papers just say to avoid food after 4pm?

No only liquid: You are supposed to be on liquid diet for two days prior while getting the prep to clean your colon and flush it from everything so it will be super clean during colonoscopy only water and juices and jello not even milk allowed . No milk shake or smoothies no solid food , you are getting very poor instructions and bad preparation for an important test any doubt call your doctor

Prep: Sometimes diarrhea can travel around solid stool. This might be what you are feeling. Your colonoscopy should give you the answer. Sometimes if you are not emptied out enough, your prep may have to be repeated. Or you may ultimately pass something more solid. All the best.

Await biopsy report: The biopsy report should give you the answer or at least suggest several possibilities for your physician to consider. The source of bleeding can be as simple as hemorrhoids but can also be a local ulcer or something more aggressive.

Stool: It must have been some of your stool which finally migrated all the way down to your anus and out of your body. Your gastroenterologist appreciates that in that he will be able to have a clear view of your entire colon because you did such a good bowel prep and he will not have to clean you out from the rear end, so to speak.

: Equivocal study. Due to incomplete prep and lack of visualization of significant portions of the bowel your study was non diagnostic. Irritable bowel remains in the differential diagnosis as inflammatory bowel with no enough evidence or information to support diagnosis. Follow up with your gastroenterologist will be critical in order to have diagnosis and possibly treatment clarified.

i have had a yellow fluid that sat on the bottom of the toilet bowl leaking out of my constipated albeit solid stool i've had ibs like symptoms. what is it and should i be concerned? i had a colonoscopy and it came back clean with small hemorrhoids?

: Nothing to cause you any concern. You need to keep your bowels soft so start on a bowel softener . Good Luck
