It is caused by immature white blood cells becoming cancerous and multiplying.  The are many different classifications of the many leukemias we know about. Fatigue, bleeding: Blood cancer is also called leukemia. It is caused when white blood cells grow without stopping. This fills up the bone marrow and prevents platelets and red blood cells from growing, leading to anemia, fatigue, and bleeding. Other symptoms include bruising, drenching night sweats, weight loss, swollen gums, fevers, and cough/shortness of breath.

Virtually impossible: Many attempts to transplant tumor in healthy patients have failed.  When the same tumor was given to a cancer patient , probably because of a blocked, but not impaired immune system, the tumor took.  In addition curettage in early endometrial Ca spreads tumor cells into the blood stream, but non of these cells take.  Contact with blood having cancerous cells probably behave the same way.
