Not a problem: Lisinopril has a long half life, You can take it once a day at any time as long as you stick to the same time each day.

No: See a dermatologist. You note "bleeding"-------where? You are young for heart attack. Why no statin???? Smoker? Most common problems from Lisinopril are cough and angioedema. There can be swelling of the face, tongue, etc. "Pimples" may be acne keloidales. You need a skin specialist.

Most likely not.: In the pantheon of side-effects from ace inhibitors, cough in females, is the most common side effect.  The rest, according to the table or drug versus placebo, in the fda approved read in your pdr.  It is not a significant side-effect.  Look elsewhere!

have a neck injury very painful so my blood pressure has been out of control already on lisinopril 20mg now the er wants to add diovan (valsartan) 80mg will that be to much medicine after pain stops or will it be ok?

Pain is involved but: Pain can increase  the blood pressure but there are underlying health issues  also involved. When the pain is less you may require a lower  dose of blood pressure medication

Aging: Age + loss of female hormone, estrogen, after menopause. You are not alone. Not related to lisinopril. Spironolone, antiandrogen, will help only a little. Maybe finasteride, but not much. Likely benign: Transient sharp pains are rarely clinically significant. Persistent pains should always be evaluated. Your symptoms are not concerning unless they persist in which case you should seek medical attention.

Pinched nerve ?: Right-sided neck pain and left-sided chest pain may or may not be related. Any type of left-sided chest pain with a history of hypertension should be evaluated for a possible cardiac condition. With the intensity of pain you describe in the neck perhaps an evaluation by and buy an emergency room or urgent care facility would be in order.

i take lisinopril for high blood pressure.  i am experiencing a bad case of urticaria on my neck and chest 48 hours after getting my 2nd covid vaccine.  i have already taken claritin this morning.  can i take benadryl this evening?

: Please report this to your PCP. It is a likely allergic reaction which may be related to a component of the vaccine. The use of Benadryl is often indicated, but please check with your doctor or with urgent care. 
Watch for signs of respiratory distress, difficulty breathing or swallowing.
