i  got a stress problem on tuesday and that caused me to have runs slowed down and now its liquid poop that doesn't smell normal.. how to make it hard?

Dietary changes: Can be effective for your loose stool. I would increase your dietary intake of fiber by either eating more fiber in whole grain breads and fruits and vegetable or i would take an over the counter fiber supplement.

Sometimes probiotics available over the counter can help with stool issues to. 

Ibs is a syndrome of stomach issues (bloating, diarrhea, constipation) that are made worse with stress.

Alcohol: Symptoms of alcohol intolerance may include: headache, flushing, hives, nasal congestion, nausea/vomiting, GI upset ; low blood pressure. 
 You could be allergic to alcohol or it's ingredients such as yeast, grains, sulfites, histamines ; other chemicals.

Liquid stool: Watery or muddy?  Seems like  gastroenteritis. which is  resolving. Probiotic (try to t get one with at least 3 species) may help return to bowel to normal Avoid  dairy for 1-2 days as the diarrhea impacts  intestines and makes  digestion of diary harder. Eat white rice toast. Drink gatorade, keep hydrated  If persists may need antibiotics(zithro 4 camphylobacter). Check H pylori.  f/u/ w/ doc

i'm vomiting and have liquid poop along with the rest of my household. what can we do for this? how long will it last?

Depends: It sounds as if you and your family are sharing an infectious gastroenteritis.  Basically, you probably have the 'stomach flu'.  What gets people into trouble with this is they don't drink enough fluids and get dehydrated and hurt their kidneys, or if they get dehydrated and get dizzy when they stand up and pass out and hit their head, etc.  It should go away on its own.  See a doctor soon.

Stool Incontinence: If this occurred just that one time, I would not worry about it. However, if stool incontinence is occurring on a regular basis with you, you should see your doctor or a gastroenterologist for an evaluation. Good luck.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. You may wish to watch and wait as it may have been a one time accident. If such an episode occurs, it would be prudent to see a gastroenterologist.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

These resolve on their own with supportive care (drink fluids to prevent dehydration, eat moderately as tolerated, as needed analgesia). In special cases (newborns, elderly, debilitated) hospitalization may be required to provide IV fluids and to support co-morbid medical conditions.

Gastroenteritis: Probably has a "stomach bug". He should hold off from eating or drinking for a couple of hours and then start oral intake with small amounts of clear liquids. Avoid dairy products while still having diarrhea. he should advance his diet as tolerated. If condition persists or gets worse, go to an ER/urgent care

Could be: The poop (fecal matter) from breast milk (congratulations you are feeding correctly) is usually much looser at the beginning of  breast feeding you must remember whatever you eat comes through in the breast milk the stool will harden up eventually so go ahead and to continue the breast feeding and enjoy your baby.

my daughter went on a field trip and decides she wants to sit but but didn't check good as she sat she noticed liquid poop and pee std or hiv only 7?

No: She doesnt get a STD or HIV from sitting on liquid poop. Her skin intact is a good barrier for these infections since she didnt get them directly into her blood or female parts.
Nothing to worry about here.
