Dietary changes: Can be effective for your loose stool. I would increase your dietary intake of fiber by either eating more fiber in whole grain breads and fruits and vegetable or i would take an over the counter fiber supplement. Sometimes probiotics available over the counter can help with stool issues to. Ibs is a syndrome of stomach issues (bloating, diarrhea, constipation) that are made worse with stress.
