Fad diets do not: Work, healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week by balanced diet (1200 cal/day) and exercise daily 1/2 -1 hour per day.

Probably not: Once the tea is mixed with water, the antioxidants start to break down. By the time the product gets from where it was first mixed to when you drink it could be weeks or months. The antioxidants are not likely going to be viable for that length of time. Raw fruits and vegetables are probably your best bet. Some supplements like astaxanthin and curcumin may help.

Very good but...: Green tea is proven to have many health benefits;it is rich in antioxidants like catechins, as well as l-theanine which has a calming effect.Among the proven benefits of green tea: preventing cardiovascular disease, lowers cholesterol & blood sugar, prevents many different cancers, protects the liver. Yes: Even if it says decaf it likely contains some caffeine, albeit less.

Not necessarily: It depends on what additives are in the bottled tea.  Often they contain a lot of sugar or artificial sweeteners.  If you make your own tea (from the packets) you can control what else goes into your tea.

No: Home remedies are at best adjuncts for acne rx. If topical benzoyl peroxide has failed, please get with your physician. Life's difficult enough without this serious, chronic, non-lifestyle-related disease. The good news is that it can be managed. "green tea", like everything else edible, has interesting biomolecules but isn't going to help you. Do what you have to.

In moderation: Yes in moderation there are substances in green tea that  are beneficial for you.  But as with anything, too much can be harmful.  No more than 2 glasses a day (500mL).  Hope this helps.  Dr R
