Sour patch: I would recommend no chips and soda for health reasons.  Probably not related to the sour patch candy.

Unusual: Reaction to heat from spices that causes change in nerve endings. Avoid spicy foods or pretreat with oral antihistamine such as Claritin (loratadine) or zyrtec.

Suspicious: In a young patient these symptoms are suspicious of a demyelinating  process like multiple sclerosis. See the neurologist as soon as you can. If there's a prolonged wait, get an appointment with a different neurologist.

can a gi issue cause everyday head pressure, vessel throbbing, numb feeling in back of head.  seems to be worse when i eat. but its all day non stop.

Can be migraine,,: This could easily be migraine.  This can be triggered especially after eating as well as by certain foods like wine and cheese.  Migraines also have GI symptoms like nausea and vomiting as well as overall disturbance.  It would be smart to see your doctor to get an exam, possible treatments and a diet to help avoid triggering of future episodes if this does turn out to be migraine.  Best of luck.

i have one small red bump in the area at the bottom of my mouth where my gums meet my lip, right in the middle. it has a white pimple-looking head on it. it is causing me pain throughout my mouth and burns whenever i eat/drink. what could it be?

It sounds like u r: describing a pustule which could be associated with an underlying abscess.This would require proper antibiotics and possible surgical drainage.Go c ur dentist.There r other painful mouth/gum lesions possible,but the one above must be ruled out.

Observ: You may develop a cold sore. Keep watching for any change. Use moisturizer and avoid hot, spicy food.

Sore on lip: If your bottom lip burns whenever you eat, it is likely that you have a sore or an erosion of the surface of that lip.  It will heal up.  Try to keep spicy and salty foods away from that part of your lip in the mean time.  Lip balm that you can get at a drug store should help.

See PCP: It may be something. It may be nothing. See your GP. Stress can cause tightness in neck and headache. Anxiety can make u hyperventilate and tingle in hands

Hot head: It is more common to have a numb sensation on the top of the head. Most of the time people complained of temperature change on top of the head, i found them to be anxious. Are you under a lot of stress?  Please do not get the wrong idea. I am not suggesting anything. For the most part, it is probably nothing serious as I do not know of any significantly bad condition with this complaint.
