Vaseline: Vaseline is the best lubricant, but is messy. Any of the over the counter product are good. The best treatment of them all is .....Go to the caribbean (nice humid climate, no dryness, just sunshine and fun).

Time/rest: There is no specific treatment for bruising of the kidneys. Rest and time should allow this to heal up. It is very important not to allow any re-injury to occur so be careful.

Are you sure?: It would be very unusual to have shingles just on the lips, without lesions on one side of the face.  If the lesions are only on your lips, it's more likely to be herpes simplex than shingles.

Depends on size: It really depends on the size of the bleed, how long it has been there, and whether the bleeding is causing pressure effects.  Small bleeds with no pressure effects are managed with rest and avoidance of a second impact.  Larger bleeds may require decompression via a burr hole or craniotomy with evacuation of the bleed. Blood thinner medications may be discontinued to prevent ongoing bleeding.

Exam needed: A painful lesion on the lip should be evaluated by a physician for diagnosis and treatment. This could be a lesion caused by herpes or bacteria and either condition should be treated. In the meantime apply warm moist  soaks until examined.
