You need medicalhelp: Based on your description, you need emotional support and medical help. Please share your problem with your parents and ask them to find help for you either from a Conseller or a psychologist. It is not uncommon to have such problem during teen years but there is medical help available. But you must seek help right away and not delay it.

Sounds like: you are very ANXIOUS and the anxiety is intefering with your sleep..you need to discuss this at length with your Primary Care Provider who may prescribe an anti-anxiety medication for night use or refer you to a mental health professional or both. 
Are you also depressed???

Bite check: If it's a habit then you have to break the habit. If it is happening unintentionally then you need to get your occlusion (bite) checked and possibly adjusted.

For some: Anxiety leads to many behaviors such as biting lips or other fidgeting. However, this doesn't mean that you have an anxiety disorder. If you worry all the time and it interferes with your day-to-day life then discuss it with your doc.

Difficult!: Nail biting is a very difficult habit to break.  One thing you could do is have your child keep his hands covered with gloves to break the cycle of nail biting. Gently removing the childs fingers from their mouth each time you notice them biting is another method. In pharmacies, if you can find it, is nail biters liquid.  This is a very bitter liquid painted on to the nails, and discourages biting.
