Hyperventilation: These are classical symptoms of hyperventilation (overbreathing). When you breathe too fast and too deep, you wash out carbon dioxide from your blood and cause alkalosis. Alkalosis pushes calcium into the cells causing temporary hypocalcemia in the blood. This hypocalcemia causes muscle twitching and even sometimes tetany.

Anxiety: Since it is at night i would recommend that you see a sleep disorder specialist as well as a psychiatrist. Also please get to psychotherapy with a competent psychologist. Best wishes.

Several choices: Fractures of bones can cause showers  of fatty particles traveling to brain (fat emboli) resulting in multiple, simultaneous small strokes bring on cognitive decline. Sometimes people on the verge of clinical alzheimers (or other dementias) become rapidly symptomatic after such a major trauma absent any direct brain injury. Have neurology consult done.

Concerned about the trembling, cold extremities, fatigue and fever. It sounds like you have an infection somewhere with the  fever. Usually treated with antibiotics.

If : If you have no insurance your best bet is to seek care from a primary care provider at a county clinic or low to no cost clinic. After a complete history, and physical the doctor will make a decision as to what the possible causes are of your symptoms (differential diagnosis). Based on this additional testing will be done. If a brain tumor is on the list, he/she will likely order imaging tests (typically cat scan first, then an MRI if needed).
Your issues could be secondary to an inner ear problem or other neurological condition; all will be elucidated after the work up is complete. 
I know you don't have a lot of time off but your health and wellness should come first.

Requires evaluation: Medicines, drugs of abuse, toxins, medical & neurological conditions may cause tremors. Essential tremor is progressive and may be familial (others in the genetic family have it). Obtain a good medical/neurological evaluation.

Muscle weakness: More than likely after the fracture your muscles became week from lack of use. You will need rehabilitation and physical therapy. Other possibilities could be that you had neurologic damage with the fracture. Your physician can help you get this properly evaluated.

Q for more info: The cause varies.  Is the tremor the same on both sides?  Does it occur while sitting quietly, or when holding a glass of water or a laser pointer?  Does it occur every day?  Does it affect hand writing?  These are some of the important questions to answer to determine the cause.

Not sure: If this happened only once, it is likely not important.  However, if this happens every time you have a bm, it could need attention.  When you strain with a bm, it affects you heart and blood vessels as well as increasing the pressure in your chest and belly.  See a doctor if this persists.
