First, the other person has to have the disease because you can't catch something from nothing. Beyond that, it's possible to catch the germ and then it's possible for the germ to replicate and cause the disease, but there is no way to guess the likelihood or chances or it actually happening.

Not 100%: If your sexual partner has Gonorrhea, you should be treated even if you don't have symptoms.  About half the women with throat Gonorrhea have no symptoms.  The treatment is very simple (compared to having the infection).  

 Your local health department may try and find everyone who was exposed to make sure they are treated.  Might as well seek treatment.

Usually no symptoms: Oral gonorrhea almost always (95% of the time)  is asymptomatic, with no sore throat at all. On the infrequent occasions it causes symptoms, they would not come and go. Also, cunnilingus -- oral-vaginal contact -- rarely transmits gonorrhea or other STDs. Most likely your symptoms are not from any infection from that exposure. But see a doctor if symptoms continue or you remain concerned.
