i have very fast heart rates (95-151) when doing virtually nothing. i feel lightheaded after exercise for 10 min or so. what could be going on?

SVT: Svt=supraventricular tachycardia is a possibility. Go get seen asap as this could be a sign of a serious heart condition.  It can and needs to be treated.  Call in the morning if you feel fine now, or head to the er if you're heart is racing currently.  Don't mess around with such a problem.

after exercise i get light headed and dizzy  what could be causing this and is it dangerous?

Hypotension?: If you're getting lightheaded and dizzy after exercise, you may have low blood pressure or may be dehydrated. It would be recommended to talk with your family practice physician if you're having regular problems and symptoms.

Be seen: You would be well served to be seen just to make sure that you do not have any underlying congenital heart conditions.  There have been many apparently healthy athletes who have been found to have potentially fatal heart conditions, even professional athletes.
