It depends: To answer correctly, day 1 of your cycle is the first day you bleed.  If you are trying to get pregnant, then mid cycle would be the most fertile period.  If the urine test was for pregnancy it was a waste.  Wait 2 weeks after a missed period and then check a pregnancy test.

No worries: As long as there is no odor, pain or itching you are fine, it is just your period ending. If it lasts more then 7 days go see your obgyn or family doc. Are you taking contraceptives? If there is any chance you could be pregnant do a pregnancy test! if there is a chance for std's get screened! and get your hpv vaccinations if you haven't had them yet! covered by insurance till age 26 (for now) !

You may be having anovulatory cycles (cycle without producing an egg from the ovary).  If a urine pregnancy test is negative, i would recommend evaluation by your gynecologist, and treatment will depend on the cause of the abnormal bleeding and your current short-term pregnancy goals.
