Q: weird black growths on skin of my scrotum. when scratched off, there was no blood and more of the 'growths' came on the scrotum. size is < 1mm/growth.

Blackheads?: Doesn't sound too bad. Maybe just clogged hair follicles. Make sure you're washing scrotum daily.

Genital rash: And dry skin.  You MAY have a fungal infection.  Please see your doctor.  Infections like damp and dark places so light and air is good, along w/daily change of underwear.  Peace and good health.

Jock itch: Sounds like a fungal infection in the crotch area also known as jock itch.  Apply anti fungal lotion to this area and it should improve.

Yes: This is normal. If you have not had a physical exam within the year I recommend that you schedule one. At that time your doctor will do a complete exam and examine your genitals and perform a prostate exam

Itchy scrotal skin: Itchy scrotal skin can have a number of causes, such as eczema, contact dermatitis, candida infections.  Even some benign growths on scrotal skin like angiokeratomas, tiny little purple papules, can cause itching.  One must be careful with using cortisone cream in this area as the skin is thin and delicate, and cortisone can cause thinning in a short period of time.
