Hypoglycemia: It seems you have diabetes, if you are knowledgeable about your hemoglobin a1c.  The symptoms you describe could be due to low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), produced by a diabetes medication taken with too little food.  Your a1c would be normal if you have frequent low blood sugar episodes.

Maybe.: There are many causes of light-headedness and tingling, iron deficiency is one.  It is easy to check for with simple lab tests.  Most iron deficiency in the US in women is a result of anemia from chronic heavy periods.  But there are other causes of both iron deficiency and your symptoms. See a doc and sort out what is going on.

R/O SLEEP APNEA/OSA: OSA can be suggested by history and physical. Excess snoring/daytime sleepiness/apneic  episodes/ aM headaches. And the Exam obesity/small oral airway/collar size&gt;18. The definitive test is a PSG with split night/CPAP titration. I would request copy of sleep study and get a second opinion if you are not satisfied with the options. You are young CPAP can be difficult to tolerate. ENT FOR UPP EVAL.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.  Wish you good health!
