Tough waking up: That's a lot of negative energy first thing in the morning!  Are these feelings new?  Has any of your medication changed recently?  Could be side effect. Have you had a complete physical with blood tests recently?  If not, please schedule now.  
Thyroid problems, anemia, drug and alcohol use, sleep disorders, depression or other psych disorders are just a few possible causes of these symptoms.

Wide differential: Being dehydrated can definitely give you those symptoms.  That can be caused by diarrhea that you list in your conditions.  Poor diet, viral illness (mono), depression, anemia, deconditioning, hormone imbalance (hypothyroidism) just to name a few of fthe top of my head.  These vague symptoms should be evaluated by a primary care physician.

There are hundreds of possible causes for your symptoms ranging from dehydration, or anemia to diabetes or hypothyroidism.  You may need lab tests to determine the cause.
