See your doctor?: Since your post contains no question, I will guess that you want to know what to do about it. The numbers say that in a 23-year-old, it’s probably nothing. In your case, however, it is prudent to visit a doctor to rule out some kind of cardiac arrhythmia or congenital heart defect, which do occur in young people. I suggest sooner rather than later.

See your doctor: It's probably a good idea to see your doctor and have your blood count (hemoglobin) and blood chemistry (including glucose) evaluated.  You could be anemic or dehydrated, you could have thyroid problems or have new onset diabetes given your thirst.  Please get checked!

Its possible...: Heavy periods can sometimes give you iron deficiency anemia.  The only way to know for sure would be to get a blood test.  It won't hurt to take iron every day while you are waiting for the test.  Best wishes!

If these symptoms persist, you may want to followup with with your physician to obtain additional blood tests and possibly iron supplementation if needed.

See below: These actions increase blood pressure which may be the cause.  The other possibility is a perilymphatic fistula where fluid leaks out of the inner ear with straining activity.  With a leak the hearing may fluctuate with a full sensation.
