I wouldn't: I believe the two main possibilities are that you had a viral gastroenteritis or mild food poisoning which has resolved on its own, and now your stools are gradually returning to normal. Or you have Irritable Bowel Syndrome--a disorder of normal bowel function which results in cramping, abdominal pain, bloating,gas, diarrhea and constipation. It is managed with increased fiber/other dietary change
