Vaginal spotting: Vaginal spotting or pinkish discharge after intercourse is not uncommon, particularly if the intercourse was vigorous.     If the spotting continues, discharge worsens, pain or odor develop you should be evaluated.

Exam: You need to be evaluated for infection and possible uterine source of bleeding. An ultrasound and endometrial biopsy would be helpful.

Bleeding: If it is just minor and one time not necessary.  However if this is a recurrent thing it may be a sign of something more dangerous so I would go in for an exam and make sure you tell your doctor that you had bleeding with intercourse.

Needs an MD eval: You probably have a vaginal infection that needs treatment in addition to a need for a GI evaluation. Green stools can be caused by excessive vitamins, bile or food. A MD visit is necessary.

It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after an odd spotty period.
