Rid: Rid is an over the counter shampoo that will kill lice. It is available at most pharmacies and retail stores. Don't forget to wash all of your clothes and sheets, so you don't give it back to yourself. Hope this helps!

Earbuds are ok, because there is almost no place for the lice to hide. If a person is worried about using somebody else's headphones, he can keep them in a plastic bag for 2 or 3 weeks before using them. By then, the lice should have died.

Mild acidic washes like vinegar can help dissolve the glue and help with removal along with a fine tooth comb.
