Speak to your doctor: It may be that you're not getting enough thyronorm and your dose needs to be increased which seems more likely.  It may take 1-3 months for the TSH level to go down, but should have been coming down if you've been taking it regularly for the past month. I suggest to talk to your doctor who has done the initial workup about adjusting your dose.

TSH normal: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, Your TSH is quite normal and is unlikely to be related to the pregnancy issue.

See below: You do not need to take thyroid medication.
Your thyroid is functioning normally and would not get in the way of your getting pregnant, however, a lot of other things also have to go right for pregnancy to occur.

Needs treatment: A TSH level higher than 5 indicates thyroid deficiency and it can be readily treated with a pill that your doctor can prescribe. Low thyroid function can be an impediment to pregnancy.

However, it not feasible to provide a more meaningful opinion without taking history, performing physical examination and looking at all of your health records. If you do not have faith in your doctor, it is okay to consult a different one.

Hashimoto's: It is possible to become pregnant with Hashimoto's thyroiditis, but it will take intense monitoring of the pregnancy progress to make certain this condition does not adversely affect the pregnancy. You should consult a specialist in high risk pregnancy prior to attempting pregnancy at this point.

Elevated TSH level: Your TSH level is elevated which means that you have hypothyroidism. Being treated with synthroid (thyroxine) would be very helpful. This may even help regulate your irregular ovulation and hasten your ability to become pregnant.

First trimester: Yes, your TSH levels will be suppressed during firts trimester: this does not mean you have thyroid disease it is normal in pregnancy, your OB should be aware of that.

Elevated tsh: A level of 6.5 TSH is not necessarily a problem unless your hypothyroidism is symptomatic. Check with your ob-gyn for more info.

Level is high: If a standardized laboratory test was done, then a level of 3.4 in the third trimester would be abnormally elevated. What to do next depends on why the test was done, and the results of other tests. Other thyroid testing is needed to determine if you are hyper or hypo thyroid, and a history and physical would also be prudent. Ask your physician about your result.
