I want to conceive but am having irregular periods. my tsh level is 5.69. what can i do to get pregnant? do i need to be on meds?

Elevated TSH level: Your TSH level is elevated which means that you have hypothyroidism. Being treated with synthroid (thyroxine) would be very helpful. This may even help regulate your irregular ovulation and hasten your ability to become pregnant.
