MIght be UTI.: You might have a slight UTI or urinary tract infection.  As a female, you are more susceptable to uti, and you could be asymptomatic.  It can be ecoli, the most common cause, or other pathogens, or it can be nothing. See your doctor for exam and possible treatment.

i have a discomfort inside my penis i've been on different antibiotics. nothing makes it go away 100% i did a at home uti test it shows positive leukocyte and negative nitrite can this be a std or sti? it's been going on for months feels like a itch?

: I presume you had a urinalysis and urine culture when you were treated. If you have no discharge or history of exposure there is a good chance you don't have STD. I would suggest plenty of fluids and if you dot improve in a few days  pl. see a urologist.

Women who squat and pee in a cup get the equivalent of a vaginal washout, including random debris like white cells.Males with a redundant foreskin can get similar debris.There are also some germs that  can cause UTI's that don't  make nitrite. There are limits to self diagnosis.

If no obstruction, then drink plenty of water, you can also try cranberry juice, there are some anecdotal evidence of its efficiency in reducing repeat infection. If symptoms do not improve in 4-5 days, please go to the doctor with morning urine sample. Hope it helps.

: You need to see a doctor for a urine culture and examination. I wonder if you have an UTI, and if you do have an UTI was the bacterial resistant to Bactrim
