my 16 yr old had flu 2wks ago, his friend thought he had covid-19 but he tested neg. what is chance he was given 1 of the tests that were not wrong? cuz i have a very low grade fever, lethargy, &i have asthma and chronic bronchitis so im concerned.

Multiple causes: infection, inflammation, tumor or inhalered irritants canall cause these issues, which require intensive medical evaluation.

Wait/ ENT : Reactive lymphoid hyperplasia is benign and usually a response to infection. Chronic upper respiratory infections can cause lymphadenopathy. Other causes are cat-scratch disease, toxoplasmosis, and viral lymphadenitis. Reactive lymph node are usually mobile and less than 1 cm. Cancerous lymph nodes are usually &gt; 1cm and firm/fixed. If persusts much longer, follow up with ENT doc.

have chronic lazy bowel for 10 months. colonoscopy was clear. what medications could be useful?

Constipation.: You have chronic constipation due to several reasons.  Make sure you are not overdose on narcotics or any medications that has side effects of constipation.  You can try citrucel or fibercon (these are fiber supplements) and drink adequate amt of water.  If this doesn't help, try MiraLAX (otc, one tablespoon in 8 oz of water daily or bid).  If no improve, see your GI doc.  Others: amitiza, (lubiprostone) linzess.

See a doctor: If the doctor and find the true cause, usually can be treated with medication. You need to see a doctor to find the true cause.

Yes: Generally a good comfortable ergonomic chair will help take the pressure off the back.

i have had chronic lazy bowel syndrome for the past year and need to use non prescription laxatives in order to have bowel movements. any suggestions?

Chronic constipation: Increased fiber, plenty of vegetables and water and exercise will help.Small and mor frequent meals.Avoid very dry and hard foods . Gi doctor will be helpful.

Migraine: Sorry to hear that. You should see your PCP or a Neurologist who can recommend migraine specific pain meds.

Try looking for some triggers that might bring the migraine like chocolates, wine, MSG in food colors, caffeine, stress etc. so you can avoid these.

Rest in a dark quite room helps. 
Take pain meds as needed. See your doctor for possible labs / brain scan if need be.

Possibilities: There are many possibilities.  If you have other symptoms suggesting infection - cough, sore throat, fever, then that may be causing the fatigue.  Also, convalescence from a viral infection can take a while and energy might not return quickly.  Other conditions to consider include sleep apnea, depression, substance use, chronic fatigue syndrome, etc...See your doctor for a workup.
