what can i do if someone got lemon salt in their eyes?

Chemical in eye: Immediate response would be to wash it out with warm  tap water and then use drops prescribed by an ophthalmolgist to treat any residual symptoms.

Lemon juice in eyes: Lemon juice is made up citric acid . Quick irrigation was the right thing to do. However,  if you do have vision changes i would see an eye doctor immediately.

Nothing serious: It would hurt for a few minutes, but probably no serious damage. Of course see a doctor if pain or other symptoms continue.

Unlikely: Lemon juice is irritating and might redden the eyes for a few hours.  If the redness lasts for days then there is another problem which your ophthalmologist can identify for you.

Yes: Yes.  But it will be wise not to use any non-fda approved medicine.  You never know the safety of these "remedies".

i got the all purpose cleaner spray of lemon breeze lysol in my eye when i was spraying the chemicals from it went into my eye. i washed it for 10+ mins. should i be worried? the water kinda irritated my eye my eyes was fine before i put water in it?

No effect expected: A drink with cinnamon, lemon, apple vinegar, and honey can have a positive or a negative effect on one's eyes (anything is possible), but the drink will most likely have no effect. "Detox" is a word added to help sell products, and has no meaning in "Detox Drink". In medicine, detox relates to getting off abused drugs or alcohol. Be sure one has a healthy, balanced diet containing many nutrients.

lastweek i had a sore throat for a day and followed by diarhea after i used hot lemon juice water. i have a slight fever and lastnight  while doing my work at policestation i experienced very sore eyes and head ache.can this be connected to covid19?

Not likely: Your symptoms are fairly non-specific and do not suggest Covid. Look out for fever (&gt;100.4), cough, shortness of breath).

Mild irritation: The eye quickly  protects the cornea by profusely tearing and washing the acidic lemon out.

It will sting!: If you mean simply a fresh lemon squirted in your eye, then probably nothing will come of it after the initial contact.  I would try to irrigate the eye with water, eye irrigation of the like and observe.  If you have undue pain, change of vision or concern, then seek medical care.  It shold be just a nuissance.  Sorry for the "sour note"!
