Different units: Hi. Dr. Hashemi and I are used to different units here in the USA. In our units, she's right. But in your assay, it all fits with you being hypothyroid.

Technically no: Prescription medication requires a valid physician signed prescription.  It is legal if you have this in hand and can forward it to an on-line supplier.  This might be out of the country or from an undocumented source so there is some risk of counterfeit or inappropriate medication.

Vertigo is a medical term to describe the feeling of spinning, whirling, or motion either of yourself or your surroundings. A good history & exam by your doctor will lead to a better explantion.

Intermet: Start by looking on the internet search for a template for advanced directive.  If what you find is to your liking, print it out after modification, sign it and have a witness sign it.  You will need to show this to interested parties = it will do little good sitting in a drawer at home or a safety deposit box.  Most hospital admissions have a box to check if you indicate an advanced directive.

Jimsonweed: Jimsonweed (aka datura stramonium, loco weed, etc) is a poisonous plant.  It contains belladonna alkaloids including Atropine and scopolamine.  These can cause nausea, vomiting, high fever, urinary retention, confused thinking, hallucinations, bizarre and even violent behavior, seizures, coma, and death. Although this plant  grows wild in many places, i would not recommend smoking or ingesting it.

A while: Spice, aka "k2" is a synthetic cannabinoid. And, it is not legal. Almost all states have made it a felony to purchase, sell, distribute, or have on your person, this drug. As it is a fat soluable molecule, it can stay in your system for months. And it is not a safe drug to use. Reports are coming in of permantent organ damage, and permanent/ long term psychosis. So, stop using it!

Lawyer or hospital: The best thing is to check with your doctor, lawyer, or local hospital.  States may have subtle nuances about such legal matters so it's best to make sure you have the correct wording for your state.  They can tell you how to get the form or where to go to download the appropriate one.
