Difficult problem: Your magnesium level should be checked.
Trying over the counter magnesium is an option even if your level is normal, also although not well understood Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 25 mg (antihistamine) works great for night (nocturnal) leg cramps.
Also if not contra indicated for you your md may also try Diltiazem a calcium channel blocker at night.

what is the difference in feeling of blood clots and leg cramps?

They feel similar: If you have  a large blood clot in your leg, you have an emergency that can kill you. The blood clot can break off and get stuck in your lungs. Call your doctor! he can test you for the clot and put you on blood thinners that will allow the clot to stabilize and dissolve.

on cd 14 of my period and i guess im ovulating as im feeling cramps in ovary(i feel them every time i ovulate) but whats weird is that im getting leg cramps from it this time,especially when laying down,which is unusual for me.is that normal?

Possibly: You are definitely likely to be ovulating at this point in your cycle, especially if the type of pain you have is similar to other cycles. The leg pain could possibly be referred from the ovary, but if you have never had an ultrasound to evaluate for ovarian enlargement/cyst compressing a nerve, that would be something to ask your GYN Dr about

Heart: The heart cath and leg circulation test examine blood flow through your vessels.  Have you an echocardiogram as well?

Go to the ER!!: Some scorpions venom is quite toxic and cause nerve and tissue damage and or start to affect your ability to breathe and function.

: Although missed periods is part of having "PCOS", occasional ovulation does occur, and pregnancy is possible.  Cramps, fatigue and shortness of breath can also be symptoms of COVID-19: get a PCR test, as well as a serum HCG test, and quarantine for at least 10 days along with any close contacts.

Leg cramps: Stretching your calf muscles before getting into bed may prevent those painful nocturnal leg cramps. Deficiencies of calcium , magnesium,sodium and potassium may be causes in some people. In any event the quinine in tonic water and the taking of magnesium oxide can occasionally prevent nocturnal leg cramps.

how long should i wait between zanaflex (tizanidine) and flexeril?  i have started taking zanaflex (tizanidine) during the day but it doesn't cut it for my leg cramps at night.

8 hours: You should wait 8 hours after taking a zanaflex (tizanidine) before you take a flexeril. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and taking a multivitamin/multimineral. Dehydration and vitamin/mineral deficiencies can contribute to muscle cramping. Stretching daily also helps muscles not to cramp.
