Yes often relapes: If not given 2 weeks of primaquine, up to a third to people treated for vivax malaria relapse.  You need to be treated again by an infectious diseases specialist.

Malaria/typhoid: If you are feeling better after treatment, and back to your normal routine, I don't think you need to worry about chills on your legs alone. It will eventually go away. But if they become swollen or becomes painful, you may want to see a doctor as it maybe signs of something else, like blood clot.

: Self treatment for self diagnosed conditions without proper test verification often delays treatment for the real condition. Write down your symptoms and treatments and take the list with you for a doctor visit. They can sort it out if they have all the data.

Not related to typho: Your symptoms of pain in legs and arms is not realated in any way with your history of typhoid last year or vitamin d.You should get it chcked by your doctor if it persists.Meanwhile take ibuprofen or Naprosyn for pain

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Many causes.Visit MD: There are many causes for leg pain, including vascular causes, neurologic problems, muscle strain, arthritis, tendinitis, &amp; others. A good exam should help delineate the cause. You'll need to see a doctor &amp; go over your history (what started the pain, where it's located, what makes it worse, what makes it better, what helps, what hurts) to get to the bottom of it. It can b done w/o fancy MRI/tests

Muscles!!!!: Think flesh/tissue and not bone/ligament/disc/nerves with chronic pain! begin a self-care with a wellness program of vits, magnesium glycinate, sleep hygiene, exercise, self massage, chiropractor, yoga, heat, epsom tub soaking, stretching all are needed.  In my practice I use acupuncture and myofascial tissue release with trigger points w lidocaine.

Probably: Probably need to see a doctor if it's been painful for 2 weeks.  Where is the pain in the leg, front? Back?  Near calf or near ankle?  Could be a stress fracture, shin splints, dvt, exersional compartmental syndrome, etc.
