Testalgia: Many possible causes but one common one would be prostatitis.  Referrred pain to the testis and vague pelvic aching are common symptoms.  Get examined.

i have testicular pain when i urinate, similar to getting tapped by someone's hand. that same pain goes to my lower abdomen and stays for hours?

i am having dull pain in my lower right abdomen for few days that comes and goes. previously i had taken lots of medicines for minor testicular pain. i have minor candidiasis in mouth, sometimes patches on chest that goes away with antibacteria cream?

: Stop taking antibiotics for 'minor' testicular pain. Also candidiasis in mouth can be caused by it, Wear a good supprt underwear. If pain persists see a Urologist and don't take any antibiotics specially if not prescribed by a Urologist. Not a good aidea to take ANY medicine unless prescribed.

Dr to examine testis: In general, testicle pain means a trip to the doctor or ER right away because the testicle's blood supply can be twisted off (called torsion). What about mild testicle aches or pains? That may be some other, less-urgent problem. One's primary care doctor can examine and help, because the details matter... where is the pain, how did it begin, how bad is the pain, is there a genital rash, etc...

i started taking lexapro today. i then had left testicular pain, like it was being squeezed, it came and went for a few minutes. is this a side effect of the medication?

: No. But if it occurs again and lasts for more than 15mts go to the ER. Also, wear a good support underwear

Needs evaluation: likely a hydrocele (pocket of fluid trapped in scrotum)---- needs an ultrasound to rule out other possible diagnoses

26yrs old. i have a mild testicular pain in my left testicle since morning. now it's 7pm, still it's there. checked for swelling. it's a bit larger than the right, but i think that's how it's always been. not sure if it's swollen. i don't think so?

: Wear a good scrotal support and use local heat. If you feel the testicular is larger or has a lump get checked out by your doc.

Get checked.: You may have an infection.  Other causes are possible but it's impossible to say without an exam and the appropriate lab work.  Get seen this week.  An untreated infection can cause long-term problems. Practice safe sex, too.  If you have not, get checked for sexually transmitted diseases right away.

before 25 days, i received unprotected oral from someone and right now i'm experiencing mild left testicular pain since 10 days. wat could b the reasn?

Probably no STD: Oral sex is safe sex -- not completely free of risk, but low risk for all STDs and zero risk for some. No STD from oral sex is a likely cause of "mild testicular pain". Genitally focused anxiety, due to a sexual decision you may regret, is likely.  But to be maximally safe, see a doctor and get checked for STDs.
