i recently had a heart attack with one stent.  apparently no heart damage.  i am on five drugs. previous to the heart attack and now i have pain in right kidney area and right testicle.  pain gradually away.  blocked arteries or something else?

?kidney stone?: Doubt these issues are secondary to a vascular mechanism.  Your description raises thoughts of a kidney or urinary tract problem, and a kidney stone might be an explanation.  Suggest you notify your regular doctors, and consider urology consult.  A urinalysis, and some kidney studies might be a good start.

See a cardiologist: With those symptoms, there can be many issues.  What to rule out first is any hear issues causing the problem.

Heart attack?: I don't know anything about your medical history to help my clinical judgement here.    Women do gave heart attacks and they are missed too often.   If you have diabetes or "pre-diabetes", or a family history of heart attack or stroke, I would especially have a low threshold for being evaluated.   If you are worried about a heart attack,  you should go to the ER for evaluation.   Best wishes!

Doctor can evaluate: A person with chest pain symptoms usually has to go to her doctor (or even to the emergency room) to be checked right away for a heart problems, UNLESS there is another convincing reason for chest pain (decided upon by talking with one's doctor). That means not waiting at home to see if it turns into a more serious condition. As the saying goes, "better safe than sorry".

Possibly: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

Ribs, lung: It sounds as if you have had detailed cardiac testing and all normal.  Sharp chest pain can be from rib or muscle in chest wall, an irritated surface nerve or from the lung or lining of the lung (the pleura). You can get chest pain from the esophagus, but less likely to be sharp and more likely in the center.

need to check: As  all heart  attacks may not present as typical ' severe left chest pain , radiating to arm.'  your dad may be have a atypical presentation as you described  , only way to know what causing his pain is to go to  his doctor , age 50 is a critical age. Take him to the doctor soon.

No and yes: You almost certainly don't need to be worried that you׳re having a heart attack. About your smoking? That you definitely need to worry about. It's absurdly easy to die of complications of smoking, and at a much younger age than you'd prefer. And even if you're not old when you go, you'll LOOK old because of what the smoking will do to your skin. Do tell your doctor about your symptoms.
