: Sounds like some form of Migraine. Pain, especially - in the head - tends to make people "foggy brained"! A visit with the Neurologist/ headache Expert is appropriate at this time.

ive been dealing with both horrible temple pressure and left side temple pain and sharp pains coming off and on, on the left side as well. my left temple keeps having spasms/twitching as well with the pressure. what could this be?

: A serious cause of temple pain and tenderness is inflammation of the temporal artery which supplies blood to the head &amp;brain. Urgent care is needed for this disorder. Since you're a little young for this problem,  you may be dealing with a type of neuralgia, which is less serious, I recommend consulting a physician or neurologist for prompt evaluation

Muscle pain: You may have an issue with your tmj, back of the neck or bite.   Often issues in these areas can present as pain in the temporal area.   See a doctor that knows about head and neck pain.  Message therapy will also be beneficial.

Headache: Commonly sinus related. Sometimes stress related if you grit teeth when under stress but should not be there in morning upon arising. You do need to see physician at 61 could also be a condition called temporal arteries which is serious if left untreated.

Temple pressure: It sounds like it could be the makings of a tension headache.  Are you under some pressure in your life right now?  You list "chronic ear infections" and "tmj" in your additional clinical findings.  You might check in with your physician since this is continuing for 2 weeks.  Best wishes.

Pressure: Doubtful it is anything big. Are you under a lot of stress lately?  History of migraines?  If you are very concerned about it, then pay your PCP a visit and have them check you.

Tension Headache: The symptoms that you are describing is consistent with a muscle spasm or tension type of pain.  Rubbing the temple or perhaps taking a muscle relaxant is all you need.  Need to discuss this with your primary physician.
