i am an ex-junkie with severe chest pain, and i had endocarditis in the past. now i have numb lip & right leg pain, left sided chest pain. what could be causing this?

Emergency: What you are reporting requires an urgent visit to the local er to determine if it is a stroke or cerebrovascular accident (of which you are at a much higher risk than the general population). 

Completion of the cincinnati stroke scale may help: 1.Smile: face should be symmetric, 2. Raise both arms, 3. Speak a simple sentence. If any of the above are abnormal, please contact emergency services.

25-year old female. slight fever, visibly pulsating vein in left side of neck, dental abscess. could i have endocarditis and/or aortic regurgitation?

Maybe/not: These are diagnoses best made in the office or hospital setting.You may just have a bad tooth. If you feel bad enough go to the ER and have it checked out.

Not usually: While endocarditis might cause chest pain or shortness of breath, it often causes no symptoms especially as it is being treated.  Check with your doctor as there are rare complications such as septic pulmonary emboli that may require further evaluation and treatment.

i have had 2 tricuspic valve replacement one in july 2015 & another in november 2015. i had infective endocarditis and now have pain left of incision.

Tricuspic valve repl: Do you do drugs?, You had the valve replaced twice within 4 months. DO you know the organism?
For how long were you on IV antibiotics, the first and second times. Before the first operation, were you on antibiotics? was the organism resistant?
Did you had pulmonary septic embolism? 
Is the pain constant, do you have fever, is it localized, is the area of pain expanding? if yes to all you may have

i get recurring cysts since 2019. no amount of removal or antibiotic worked. but im scared now, can i at all be at risk of: endocarditis? because when i was at the hospital for palpitations i had a left underarm cyst and was put on iv in left arm?

: IV in left arm and underarm cyst are not related cause and effect. It is logical to be concerned about your problem. But there are problems and there are solutions. suggest you see an Infectious disease doc at an academic center to get to the bottom of the problem and find a solution. Wish you good luck and health

my dad just turned 70 had heart surgery after mitral valve regurgitation severe from endocarditis, had bio valve, he is well now, full work up no cancers/cardio issues etc. after surgery has left bundle branch block. can he come gym and lift weights?

: Yes, he can but his cardiologist and cardiac rehab facility should guide him through an exercise program.

Endocarditis: Endocarditis, an infection of a heart valve, doesn't usually cause a cough by itself unless there is associated congestive heart failure or embolism to the lungs. Clearing up these complications could, in theory, get rid of the cough. I have experience with several cases of endocarditis, but cough wasn't part of the symptoms. Others may have more experience with it,however.

Infection: This is infection inside the heart.  It is is caused by bacteremia which gives the bacteria an opportunity to seed an area in the heart.  It occurs in areas of the heart with structural abnormalities, like abnormal heart valves.  Iv drug abusers are at particularly increased risk of endocarditis.  Endocarditis can be difficult to diagnose because symptoms are  nonspecific.

Non-infectious endocarditis can occur from autoimmune disorders.

Antibiotics: Bacterial endocarditis is usually caused by streptococcus which usually respond to penicillin type antibiotics which are administered intravenously at first.
