Severe pelvic pain: Whenever you have severe pelvic pain after "Hysterectomy and cyst" if one ovary WAS LEFT BEHIND then you can have ruptured cyst or problem with cyst as torsion or ruptured of cyst which will present as your complaints, other lower GI or GU pathology not able to rule out. If persisted over 24 to 48 hours you should see your Dr. ASAP. Best of luck.

iliac bone lesion and abdominal/pelvic pain? any connection?

Hard to say: The iliac bone is part of the pelvis and so if the lesion is painful, it would be expected to cause pelvic pain.  If it is really large, it could potentially cause abdominal pain or sometimes there might be other lesions in other areas.  A lot really hinges around the diagnosis of the lesion itself.  Appropriate studies, including a ct and bone scan can go a long way to establish the diagnosis.

can being pregnant 5 damage your back and pelvic bone  i have  horrible lower back pain and pelvic pain my dr is sending me for x-ray . just worried?

Some risk: Pregnancy definitely puts an extra strain on your back and pelvis because of carrying extra weight and changing your center of gravity.  It is much more likely to aggravate a preexisting problem than to cause new damage.  Even then it is your discomfort only and not a threat to the baby.  Just be certain that you are not mistaking contractions for a back problem.

May have 2 things: Going on, u may post partum uterine atony, or retained products of conception in the uterus , so you will, so you will need an exam and an ultrasound by your ob, and you may have pain from pubic symphysis separation if it is right in the front , an MRI can diagnose this or sometimes an xray so both problems need to be evaluated.

Symphysis pubis : Pain in region of mid-anterior pelvic ring & aroused by forces intended to stress the range of motion of symphysis pubis often  raise an aching pain "as if in bone". Joint hypermobility syndrome, pelvic mechanical injury, and childbirth can all injure &/or loosen this joint. Absent fever, urinary symptoms or vaginal bleeding, emergent care can be deferred until an osteopathic (D.O.) evaluation.

had a ct scan for chronic pelvic pain, this showed inflammation on r lung chest x-ray 7 weeks later showed shadowing on lungs at bones what could it be?

Need more info: You do not say for how long the pain has been present. If a week or less it is most likely a muscle strain. If longer than a week  then there are more possibilities that should be examined by a doctor
