work as a cabin attendant and thing i may have strained my back in the left hand side from along my spine to lower back and hip. have taken anti inflammatories including arcoxia since yesterday with no relief. please assist. ?

Lumbar strain?: Your lower back issues could be musculoskeletal strain, lumbar disc injury, problem with facet or sacroiliac joints.  See a doctor, and consider imaging if questions.  Would handle via physical therapy, as in most cases, anti-inflammatory meds have been disappointing.

Possibly a ganglion.: Ganglion cysts are swellings of the linings of the sheaths around the nerves or tendons, arising usually after some form of trauma (which might just be a sharp yank or twist).  They can get bigger and smaller as they fill and empty with fluid as part of the inflammatory response.  The pain comes from the space they take up.  They are seen with mri. If not this, have the nerves evaluated w/ emg.

shoulder strain. when i hand on back of waist i feel very uncomfortable front side of my right shoulder. why i feel this strange strain?

Rotator cuff injury: It sounds like you injured your rotator cuff mildly.  The best thing for this is using Acetaminophen or Naproxen as needed, avoid reaching overhead or doing movements that irritate your shoulder, and apply ice when it is hurting you.  Also start working on a rehab program (i.e. http://www.nismat.org/patients/injury-prevention/exercise-programs/upper-body-strengthening-program).

i've been having pains both sides, when i take a deep breath or try to move i get a sharp pain on the right hand side near the rib cage, its straining.

Muscular?: How long has this been going on and did you exercise recently with a new routine? It sounds like muscular pain but if you are having any cough, fever or difficulty breathing, i would see a doctor about it.

i was sitting on steps, and used railing/my left hand to pull myself up to stand.  felt a pulling/strain in right knee. pain is on inside knee radiating up 6 inches & above kneecap.  i haven't exercised in a year so have weak muscles. what is it?

It may only be: a strain but potentially you have torn a ligament. If the discomfort lasts more than a few days and/or you see a lot of swelling, it would be appropriate to see a health care provider for evaluation and an imaging study.

Hard to say!: How weak?  You can have compression of your nerve in your arm or neck which can cause weakness of the hand.  Get checked and see what is going on for sure.  There are other causes of loss of strength too, but we don't have enough info to sort it out.  You need to see a doc!

Ice.: Ice your wrist. You may benefit from a wrist splint, for immobilization. You should see an orthopedic hand/wrist specialist, for evaluation.
