i hv pop up a vein on my forehead left side,no headache no pain but once i touch it gets bit itchy ?

Normal vein: Sometimes you will have these veins that will pop up and then they will go down again as well.  They usually are nothing bad and do not cause that much of a problem.  They seldom cause any severe pain but they do get itchy due to the skin being stretched and the blood flow in the area.  Just ignore unless it causes a lot of pain or drains.  Good Luck.

i have a cough, sharp upper left sided pain, and headache. i don't have a spleen. is it okay to wait to go to the dr or should i go to an urgent care?

Depends: How long, any fever, where is the pain?
More info is needed as to whether any and what kind of treatment is needed.  Best to be seen as soon as possible.

Severe hives: Severity is subjective - but if your hives are really bad - go to an ER (at least to a doctor) to be sure they don't become life-threatening. These mysterious allergic reactions can affect you internally too and if they swell up in your bronchial tubes, suffocation can result. It's why epi-pens are Rx'd for chronic hives patients. Get treatment and prophylactic protection if needed. Take care.

Symptoms: Could be anything. Please go back to your doctor and explain your health issues in detail. You will then be examined and labs ordered. When the results are in there will be a change in the way to help you.

Worried: I think with such dramatic changes of sudden loss of motor function, sensation and headache, you need call your doctor immediately and ask if you need to go to the er. You are young, but your symtoms may be warning you of a stroke or something similar.
