Evaluation: You may be describing tinnitus, which is a medical condition.  Contact your primary care physician for an evaluation.  This condition can be very annoying and often has a quick and simple remedy.  If this is not your problem, your PCP can refer you.

Multiple: The left lower abdomen contains some small intestine, a good portion of your descending and sigmoid colon. You may also feel ovaries. When lying down, these become much easier to feel and it is completely normal to do so.

hi! i was just wondering.. i've been having really painful headaches. but they get even worse in the far, bottom left part of my head. i had cancer when i was 12, and it was blood cancer. i'm worried, but don't wanna seem like a hypochondriac?

Probably not problem: Obviously it is impossible to tell you what this is as there are many possibilities, but most 1 cm bumps in that area that don't change are benign; it is probably a cyst. There is no need to rush to the doctor, esp. if it remains stable, but the next time you see your  doctor (probably in not too long a time if you are a hyprochondiac :) ask your doc to look at it and then your doc can monitor it.

Pain needs to be: diagnosed by your doctor.  If no physical cause is found consider seeing a mental health professional.  We can all use that at times simply from a wellness  point of view. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help.
