left upper eyelid is heavy n sore.started with twitching n now is paining. have mild sore throat as well.are they related? what's the actual reason?

See a doctor: When you start having pain in the eye with no apparent reason you most likely developing conjunctivitis and you need to have a Rx for special eye drops or eye ointment eye is a very special organ only drops and ointment are made for the eyes are allowed to be used they do required prescription it could be as a result of other infection in your body your doctor will evaluate and treat good luck

Left face pain: May be a type of headache either cluster headache with the pain nostril congestion or it could be a migraine as well.  Treat with Naproxen and if no better see your doctor.

: Negative MRI does not rule out a CNS disease which can cause those symptoms. A complete medical history and some basic blood and serology tests are also required. Please follow closely with a neurologist.

Benign: Twitching of the lid is common in the middle years. It is random and not precipitated by any known pathology. Mostly it is subtle and you can feel it but others cannot see it. Rubbing the twitching lid commonly stops it. Some think extra calcium and magnesium cut down the incidence. Be assured that it is benign and will not harm the eye or vision.

Myokymia: Related to stress, insomnia, excessive caffeine. Very common and usually resolves on its own within one month.  If not better after 3 months, or if any mouth/lip involvement, get it checked.
