Twitch: does this happen often when youget anxious or nervous if you do then it is called habitual tic and self control will resolve this problem. lack of sleep can also cause twitching

Botulinum toxin: This can be treated with botulinum toxin (e.g. Botox).  Suggest you contact your PCP who can refer you to a neurologist who does these injections.

Twitching: Usually single or two muscle facial twitching will resolve on its own. Often occurring when we are under high stress or sleep deprived. In those settings, reducing stress or sleeping likely would help. Some people believe in all sorts of pressures or use of the hands to perform tasks that have not proven to help.

Blepharospam: Consider myokymia, which is quite benign and often due to eyestrain, fatigue, stress, but also, blepharospasm which causes squinting and irritation.  Might check with your doctor to see if an underlying irritant is present.

Irritated nerve: something has irritated the superficial nerve in the area.  That can cause the nerve to fire erratically into the muscle causing it to twitch.  Stress can be a cause.

im tapering off of lithium carbonate. i was taking 450 er 2x daily  now i take 300 at bedtime . my left eye/ eyebrow is twitching like crazy? help?!

Lithium effects: I understand your distress.
Lithium is to treat the manic episodes of manic depression. Commend yourself for tapering off of Lithium Carbonate if you did not have manic episodes, or had side effects.

Lithium has many Nervous system effects including Tremors.

Vague: Hard to evaluate without a thorough history and exam. I would see a dr..  I would keep a journal of when these signs occur and attempt to remember what activities, etc. You were doing prior to these occurrences.  If still in doubt, get a second opinion.

Bell's palsy...no: is a  temporary facial paralysis or weakness resulting from damage or trauma to the facial nerve (CN VII). This makes half of your face appear to droop. Your smile and frown is one-sided.
