Pain: I am glad your pain is not related to your heart. However, you still have a problem Pain that is in shoulder blade area and worsened with activity associated with numbness would make me think thoracic outlet syndrome or some type of neuropathic pain at neck or shoulder.

face no, arm yes: Assuming that to syndrome has been confirmed on left side, the left arm can become numb but not face where nerve supply is from higher level trigeminal nerve.

Numbness: It is probably nothing unless it happens again at your age. Did you have a headache?  If so, could have been a migraine.  If it continues see your family doctor. They will work it up for you.  Chances are  at your  age it is nothing.  Good luck and feel better.

Radiculopathy: Although there are multiple potential causes, your symptoms are classic for a cervical radiculopathy, which is somewhat of a fancy way to describe a " pinched nerve" in the neck that can then cause pain or numbness down the arm.  I would not hesitate to be seen, many good treatment options available.

Examination: Is required - may be a bruise with surrounding nerve inflammation or may be some sort of nerve problem such as radiculopathy (pinched nerve) with a concurrent lump.  Could also be a shoulder injury with associated nerve irritation.  A doctor examination will help sort through this and then if necessary tests can be run if the diagnosis still remains unclear.
